At a time when we cannot afford even the slightest amount of additional administrative and bureaucratic cost, we should also question the need for the five different area Superintendents and their staff which OCPS currently employs.  Not only must administrative levels and personnel at the District be put under a microscope, but the School Board should lead by example and cut its pay if cuts must be made.
